Most of our Resident Doctors are NHS trainees or fellows in the East Midlands who pick up Spire shifts alongside their training. No fixed hours, no long-term commitment — just well-paid, well-supported clinical work when it suits you.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from doctors with at least two years’ postgraduate experience in anaesthetics, ICU, or emergency medicine, with independent airway skills and current ALS certification. You’ll need to be able to travel to Spire Nottingham Hospital in Tollerton.
