Updated Pay Rates for 2026
Following feedback from our existing team and a review of market benchmarks, we have updated our pay rates to ensure they remain competitive and reflect the value our Resident Doctors bring to patient care. The new rates apply to all shifts booked from May 2026 onwards. Full details are available during the application process.
